General Summary: Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Requires skills in evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individuals' functional level and potential.
Required: Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; OR minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Current OT licensure through State of Oregon. Current Oregon drivers license and insurance.
Shift: Day Shift. Primary Outpatient with IP coverage and weekend call.
