Our client, a global leader in the production of pharmaceutical preparations is in need of a very strong Generalist. This role will support all levels within the organization and will require an individual with expertise in all functions of Human Resources. As a member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing both exempt and non-exempt clients on employee relations issues, you will lead the talent acquisition, be an integral part of employee development, and sit at the table to define and deliver key organizational goals and objectives.

We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree with multiple years of experience as an HR Generalist in progressively responsible roles. We seek individuals who have had successful hands-on experience with all areas of HR---including but not limited to Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation, Regulations and Compliance. Of utmost importance is that we find individuals who are driven by their passion for HR and who are able to influence others with this passion.
