Providence is calling Pharmacy Analyst's
This position will support pharmacy technology systems currently in use, such as: Meditech PHA module, PYXIS medstations, PYXIS Connect, Sentri7, and MPI Packager System. Additionally, assists with implementation of Meditech BMV/eMAR and PHA module platform conversion to Meditech 6.0. This position will be working independently on implementation, system maintenance, and problem-solving tasks as assigned by Pharmacy Informatics Coordinator.
Candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Professional with significant knowledge of medications and the hospital-based medication use cycle. Familiarity with building/maintaining Meditech Magic PHA application dictionaries highly desired. Candidate will require excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a collaborative attitude to promote teamwork across departments. Candidate must have a clear vision of how technology can impact patient safety.

Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA. This is a fulltime, temporary position (approximately 16 months); flexible hours. Position will likely evolve into permanent status, will be based on fit, experience and successful project completion.
REQUIREMENTS
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Professional
Experience: Experience with Meditech PHA module, PYXIS medstations, PYXIS Connect, Sentri7, and MPI Packager System, experience with Meditech BMV/eMAR, rule-writing, Pharmacy Interfaces or Pyxis applications would be extremely helpful.
