Proofing and Quality Analyst - Horsham, PA
Position Description:
This full-time Proofing & Quality Analyst position requires working in-house on all marketing materials from the development of new creative to the final print stage
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Cross Funtional Team regarding Kickoff meetings, etc.
- Act as a Team Lead regarding campaign specifics, etc.
- Responsible for Quality of work for all team projects
- Work with VM to help verify compliance with client and brand objectives, requirements and standards including branding guidelines
- Review all contents for spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency within project deliverables and timeframes
- Review corrections to materials and monitor resolutions of all content issues to ensure accuracy
- Review seed mailings for future reference
- Review heavy number comparisons on Excel spreadsheets
- Other duties within the scope of the general description be assigned on occasion

Qualifications Qualifications:
- Candidate should be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant proof reading experience within direct mail marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel is required
- A background in copy editing
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism or related field
- Health insurance industry experience, preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize with guidance from manager
