Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise-wide organizational development solutions including performance management, succession planning, cultural assessment, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives. Working as a trusted advisors to all levels of management, utilizes appropriate OD models, tools and systemic approaches to drive initiatives that enhance Hypertherm’s organizational effectiveness.
