Our Customer Service Department is expanding. We are seeking additional customer service representatives to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our internet customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Prior Telephone Customer Service Experience

Excellent Phone Etiquette

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Excellent listening skills

Ability to communicate in a tactful and courteous manner

Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner

CST Enterprises, LLC is a luxury consumer product company located in East Providence , RI .

Minimum Requirements:

2 - 5 years prior customer service and/or call center experience

Computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office products

Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment

Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

Live Chat experience a plus

Prior experience in luxury consumer products a plus!

Full Time positions, 9-6pm, Benefits after 90 days
