We are looking for an extremely motivated and detail orientated individual who will be responsible for doing whatever tasks are necessary to ensure that our orders are processed in an efficient method, making sure that both vendor and customers alike are satisfied and happy about their shopping experience!

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for order processing, sourcing and updating Manage and grow current Professional customers.

Responsible for investigating and approving Risk Orders where appropriate

Responsible for identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a high traffic, preferably e-commerce environment

Expert knowledge of home improvement products including plumbing, lighting, door hardware, venting, appliances and tools

1-2 yrs or more of commission driven outbound and/or account management experience.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Proven history of increasing lifetime customer value

Clear understanding of customer service

A strong grasp of Internet navigation

Ability to multi-task in multiple electronic media

Refined knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Google Applications

Typing certification for 40 WPM
