Total responsibility to assure full implementation of best in class manufacturing practices for thermoplastic molding, processing, budget delivery and debug. Will work directly with purchasing, scheduling, materials, design engineering, maintenance and other manufacturing areas to assure on time delivery and processes by managing the design, quoting and manufacture of economical and efficient world class tools and processes. Develop process control documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and process control parameters. Will supervise approximately 30 hourly manufacturing associates.


Bachelor's degree in technical field required; plastics-related field preferred. Prior experience in injection molding engineering preferred. Minimum of 5+ years experience required.
