Are you a data mining guru, who has the ability to obtain information, and then use your business acumen to analyze the findings? At Eyefinity /OfficeMate you will be a key player in developing the methods and means to capitalize on a wealth of data assets – integrating transactional information, web analytics and customer relationship data to better understand our customers and drive the success of our business. Use your analytical knowledge and reporting expertise, while applying a strategic business perspective to our data assets, enabling the identification of trends, issues and opportunities. Translate business needs for projects and broad-scale initiatives into data analysis and web-based reports/monitors. Serve as an internal expert to transform data into insights, predictions and recommendations for business partners.
The ideal candidate will typically have a Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field, and working experience with Cognos BI or equivalent enterprise BI and reporting applications (i.e. Business Objects, WebFOCUS, Hyperion, SAS). Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with analytical & predictive models, SQL, data warehousing and database marketing fundamentals is a plus. Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills are essential.
