We are a new agency with less than 20 employees. We are licensed nationally and conveniently located in Atlanta off of Windy Hill Road and I-75. We have National clients which are both residential and commercial based, mainly at Prime and Secondary placement levels.

Your success at this job will be determined by your ability to consistently, effectively negotiate with debtors in order to resolve their past due accounts that our clients have placed with us.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year Collection Agent experience required

• Proven ability to achieve assigned goals
• Proven, documented, track record of your collection results
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, structured environment
• Professional, strong verbal communication & telephone skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills
• Outgoing, Team oriented personality
• Proficiency working with computers
• Experience with skip tracing required
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute to provide thorough, efficient account updates
• Perform tasks as assigned by management
• Flexible and Dependable with ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities
• Bilingual is a huge plus
