Louisville Tile of Chattanooga is looking for a Branch Operations Manager. This is a full time Mon-Fri position with benefits offered. Louisville Tile is a regional distributor of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile. The primary responsibility for the Branch Operations Manager is to maintain customer retention, plus increase their repeat business, and improve profitability by creating an environment that promotes excellent and measurable customer service. The branch operations manager must provide training, support, and leadership. He/she must be skilled at leading a group to a common goal. Other job duties include:

  • Supervising showroom, customer service, warehouse/driver teams
  • Supporting outside sales staff
  • Quoting commercial jobs
  • Being main contact for many builders, contractors, designers, and dealers
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Become fluent in operating software system

The susccesfull candidate in this position will be college educated, detail oriented, positive attitude, high energy, computer skilled (outlook, excel, word), self motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
