    Overview The Los Angeles office of Siegel+Gale is seeking a candidate to fill a Senior Strategist position. Senior Strategists are the quarterbacks of the Siegel+Gale strategy team. They are responsible for leading multiple client teams, grooming strategists and analysts, and working closely with Strategy Directors to advance the firm's intellectual capital.

Mission + Manage large scale client engagements + Lead discovery and strategy efforts + Combine analytical thinking with the ability to develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems + Proactively drive client engagement + Work with project managers to organize engagement workload + Has accountability for budget management + Proactively keep abreast of industry best practices and enhance knowledge of internal strategy disciplines + Travel as needed
Knowledge + Strong communication and presentation skills—must have very strong writing skills + Ability to drive strategic insight and management on large scale client engagements + Past experience designing strategy for brands; candidates with additional experience designing interactive strategies are strongly preferred + Strong knowledge of business trends, technology and design + Experience with program management and implementation + Proven experience in motivating and leading teams + Excellent client service skills + Ability to work well under pressure + Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience + 8+ years experience in design, consulting or advertising firm with multi-industry clients + Advanced degree strongly preferred
