Claims Quality/Audit Representative - Des Moines, IA; Rockford, IL; San Antonio, TX; Bothell, WA; Wausau, WI
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Claims job family. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance.

- High school education or GED is required
- 2+ years of processing experience on the Medical CPS claim platform with a high level of quality results is required
- 2+ years of telephonic customer service experience with a high level of customer satisfaction is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- MS/Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook) is preferred
- Knowledge of procedure and diagnosis coding practices is preferred
- 2-3 years experience working in a Windows based environment is strongly desired
- Experience with other UHG lines of business such as dental and/or flex is preferred
