Job Description:
Generate loan business through relationship skills and marketing efforts to establish a client base; follow up on leads provided by Cranbrook Loans through TV, Radio, Newspaper, direct mail, and internet lead generation.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary, we have a comprehensive training program.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be a self-starter and enjoy generating sales
Operate with integrity, honesty and professionalism
Job Duties:
Evaluate needs of each potential borrower, propose loan solutions and sell loans.
Assemble all required documentation for processing and underwriting on each transaction.
Assists processing department on credit updates, appraisals, titles, closing, funding and payroll.
