Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced leader/General Manager to manage our Flagship Store in Times Square.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sets the standards of selling, customer satisfaction and operational excellence required to deliver flagship store results
- Recruits, trains and develops staff
- Performs daily activities of operating a specialty retail store
- Sets the standard of a superior level of customer service
- Maintains visual merchandising standards
- Motivates staff and leads by example
- Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines and directives
- Brings positive recognition to the SWATCH brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude and professionalism
Qualifications:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years retail management experience (flagship store, branded retail or prestige department store department management)
- A proven track record of positive results and success
- Strong Educational Background
- Passion for the Swatch brand
- Eye for quality
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Great sense of style
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
