Job Description
Develop benchmark systems in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
Role Responsibilities
•Develop the production process to ensure processes meet safety standards, quality standards, environmental, and OSHA regulations
•Develop in-line test equipment to confirm quality of vehicle electronic systems
•Collaborate with vehicle design to resolve customer concerns
•Create a continuous improvement environment to develop best in class production system
•Coordinate production trials for model changes
•Motivate team members and develop teamwork
•Coordinate activities with the maintenance team to minimize production delays due to equipment issues
•Develop systems to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements
Job Requirements
