Flat Top Grill is searching for Restaurant Managers and General Managers! If you work hard, have fun, and love to “WOW” people, Flat Top Grill wants you on the team. We are opening 3 NEW STORES in the next 12 months, including the LOOP, with more to follow. We need disciplined operators that understand the value of structure, and manage from the heart.
Successful Restaurant Managers with Flat Top Grill are rigorous in controlling their cost centers and their specific areas of responsibility. They enjoy working nights and weekends with an energetic group of servers, bartenders, hosts, and grill cooks. The right candidates are solution based thinkers, have a natural ability for developing people, and want to grow their professional career.
Flat Top Grill has many avenues for developing managers into General Managers and beyond. Restaurant Managers enjoy monthly Manager Summits, Inter-Personal Conferences (IPC's), Mentor Program with an Executive Team Member, weekly manager meetings, and a General Manager Development Program. We know our managers, and we are constantly looking to promote from within the Flat Top Family.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years restaurant manager experience. General Manager candidates will have a minimum of 2 years General Manager experience.
