Administrative Assistant to support one or more Executives and provide support to their teams as needed.
SUMMARY
The position requires the ability to manage within a complex, fast paced and dynamic environment. Job responsibilities include: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, individual and central filing support, and all other administrative support. In addition, responsibilities will include coordination of meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, coordinating monthly reporting, use of Excel spreadsheets and ordering equipment, etc.
DUTIES
Responsibilities may include preparing correspondence and a high attention to detail and precision in creating reports, tables, and analyses. It requires the ability to manage complex calendars, complete priorities and maintain and create effective systems. There is exposure to highly confidential information in this position; excellent discretion and judgment is required. The incumbent will be required to perform tasks independently with limited supervision. May perform specialized projects requiring strong initiative and follow-through.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a high degree of professionalism and appropriateness in dealing with sensitive and confidential information and requires a highly organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and diligent follow up. Ability to interact with all employees within the organization, including senior management and to respond effectively to the needs of the business. Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service is required at all times.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Experience supporting an organization and/or supporting individuals located remotely, is preferred. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of work experience with at least 3 to 5 years administrative assistant experience supporting a senior level staff member in a large organization.
