Learning to become a Financial Planner requires the following traits:

A successful candidate will be required to obtain several licenses:
  1. PL 2-15 (Life, Health and Annuity)
  2. Series 6 or 7 Securities License

Job Description:
  • The successful financial planner is someone people trust. They are able to engage clients in conversation in order to understand their clients hopes, dreams, fears and limitations.
  • Once the PL 2-15 license is obtained, the candidate will begin to create and manage client relationships, gather clients personal financial information, determine clients main objectives while working with an experienced financial planning p professional to create financial strategies that better your clients lives.
  • Over time, the successful planner will develop their unique understanding of the technical aspects of financial planning and become more knowledgeable in all planning area's.
