Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
The Management Trainee is accountable for customer service as the primary focus. Determines customer needs using communication and selling skills. The Management Trainee is accountable for knowing and achieving personal sales goals, while focusing on store productivity in partnership with store management. Participates in structured management training program, preparing the Management Trainee for the responsibilities of Store Manager. Training time varies depending on previous experience. Subject to transfer to other store locations throughout training and as deemed necessary by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Self Starter
- Leadership skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Required to stand during scheduled hours. Hours will include weekends, evenings and holidays.(Full-time: minimum 40-45 hours per week, 8-12 hours per day.)
- Kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching, pulling and lifting weights of usually 5-30 pounds. Working rapidly, especially during peak sales periods to ensure all Customers are being serviced properly and Store Operations are being completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to read, speak, hear, write and conduct business related mathematics.
