Position Overview

This job requires a recognized leader in the business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing (DW) field. The right person will have solid functional and technical expertise combined with innate leadership abilities. It requires deep knowledge of BI and DW methodologies. The right candidate will wear multiple hats and play multiple roles. The candidate should have a proven track record of business development, client management, resource management and hiring, and successful customer implementations.

The person hired for this position will work with the JCB management team to:

• Define go to market plans and strategies in the BI/DW space
• Ensure that the organization has the right mix of staff to support these plans
• Develop new business in the BI/DW space by identifying and targeting key accounts based on size and potential
• Take responsibility for successful project delivery to our customers
• Guide the development of and career growth of the BI/DW practice consultants
• Lead the development of best practices and JCB intellectual capital in the BI/DW space
• Raise the visibility of JCB Partners by acting as a public representative through public relations, publishing articles, public speaking, vendor workshops
• Internal and external marketing regarding the business cases/value of technical implementation and business solutions delivery
• Set the messaging for sales execution by creating core messages to be used throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Presentation/Meeting/Interaction Skills
• Educational Experience – An MBA or Masters in Business, Technology, or Management is required (demonstrated practical experience can substitute for the right candidate)
• Additional Qualification – a CPA or other professional qualification is a plus
• Technical Certifications – from IBM, Cognos, Informatica, SAP, Business Object, Oracle, or any other Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing vendor will only benefit.

Conditions:

• Must be open to 80% travel
• Full Time Employment Role (No Contracts)
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S.
