COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNICIAN 24-7 Telcom, a wholly owned subsidiary of West Wisconsin Telcom Cooperative, Inc. is a leading provider of communication services with three locations - Downsville, Menomonie, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a team player to join our IT group at our Menomonie office. The successful candidate will be responsible for server administration, LAN/WAN support for internal and external customers, and maintaining and updating hardware. Position also involves installation and maintenance of software, PC's and peripheral equipment, and analysis, installation, configuration, maintenance and the troubleshooting of a wide range of computing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 3+ years of related experience. Professional certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft are desired. To be successful, a team player must also possess strong oral and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
