Position Description:

Seeking a self motivated individual to perform a variety of operational functions in support of the entire IT organization.

Assignment includes proactive management of hardware / software support contracts including confirmation of renewal one/two months before termination date, facilitate engagement with purchasing to obtain vendor quote(s), create purchase requisition, and authorize vendor payment. Coordinate expense recognition with the Fixed Asset Analyst based on renewal term. Formulate monthly accrual.

Point of contact for questions pertaining to the cellular phone policy. Duties will include answering employee questions, preparing monthly payroll submission, random audits of employee expense reports, preparation of monthly exception report.

Audit, track, and authorize payment of monthly telephony bills. Coordinate account reconciliation, timely payment, and accrual preparation




Qualifications:

Must be a recent graduate OR be currently enrolled in an accredited University majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems.
