IT Lead Analyst: A Prime Solution

Hands-on IT leader: Developing, training, goal and performance management. One primary objective is to work with direct/indirect cross functional employees.

As a leader, the successful candidate will partner with other team members to execute the financial commitments of the business. Manage, direct, and implement operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of division's goals. Focuses for short-term goals are systems up-time, on-time-delivery, cost of sales, quality, gross margin, and human resources throughout the value chain. Focuses for long-term goals are the formulation, planning, and implementation of strategies for ongoing process improvements throughout the VSM value chain.

The IT VSL interfaces with all levels of management. Customers get the highest quality and the lowest cost and on-time-delivery. Provide strategic and tactical leadership. Drive IT metrics (helpdesk, downtime measurements, deliveries, etc). Researches and recommends system development priorities. Project Planning and plan organization/development. Adherence and upholding of corporate IT standards and policies. Documentation and maintenance of SOX related matters.

Oversight of the internal IT Team in providing the following: Application Development and documentation in a JDE/MRP environment. All Computer System Maintenance and Repairs. Disaster recovery. Telephone and VOIP. Wireless Technologies

Complies with all company policies/procedures. Complies with all military and contractual requirements. Moderate travel is required as it relates to customer and inter-company.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical / management field or experienced considered

Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT operations / network / manufacturing experience preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Network Technologies, AD Environments, VM Environments, TCP/IP, DNS/WINs, VOIP, Microsoft Office Products, and other applicable tools. Ability to provide cross-functional and organizational leadership within a highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated aptitude for process improvement. Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate and empower others.
