We seek a positive, upbeat and highly organized professional to hold responsibility for the clerical and advanced administrative functions for the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group. In addition to typing, managing appointments/meetings and screening calls, be prepared to also apply your strong attention to detail while working on varied research projects, composing routine letters and memos and summarizing data for reports.
Our qualifications:
At least 6 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior-level management, to include a minimum of 3-5 years within a law office or legal environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred
Strong Dictaphone, proofreading and MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to take direction, establish priorities and work independently
High aptitude for learning and exceptional communication skills
Ability to work extended hours as needed
