CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS (Multiple Positions): J Mar & Associates

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Athens, Texas

• Rate: $11.54/Hour; Bilingual (English-Spanish): $12.02/Hour
• Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 120 days/4 months)
  

JOB ROLE:

• Respond to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.
• Assist customers with application, enrollment and eligibility requirements.
• Answer customer questions and assist in problem resolution.
• Access and interpret data from customer’s application.
• Data entry - reflect new customer activity and/or transactions.
• Document all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.

SCHEDULE:

• Schedules range between 8:00 - 8:00 Mon. - Fri.
• Training (6-8 weeks): Monday – Friday; 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• After training, must be able to work late morning shift: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Inbound call center and data entry experience.
• Background in health care, human services, or customer service preferred.
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
