Marketing Communications Specialist: A&D Engineering, Inc.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person would be responsible for the coordination and implementation of promotional activities, marketing communications and graphics in our Medical Division. This individual will act as a liaison between product managers and outsource agencies. The successful candidate will show excellent initiative, thorough working knowledge of graphics software such as Adobe CS4, and be able to communicate project status to team members.

• developing and coordinating product packaging and product instruction manuals
• producing new literature, newsletters, advertisements, flyers, sell sheets and other point of sale materials.
• coordinating and executing all trade show activities
• working closely with exhibit houses to develop booth layout and graphics
• leading and coordinating Web Design, maintenance and promotional e-strategies
• designing, implementing and monitoring sales promotions.
• designing and implementing lead generation activities
• coordinating design agencies, outside translators, and other outside vendors

• BSBA with a concentration in marketing
• 5 years of experience
• Computer Skills and Requirements: Adobe CS4; MS Office Products –, and other related desktop publishing software
• Packaging and layout design graphics background
• Good conceptual and organizational skills
• File Preparation Skills (for output/printing)
• Database Skills
• PC & MAC experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience with consumer products, consumer retail, mass market, national and regional retail drug or chain stores a definite plus
