Comcast Residential Sales Professionals contact potential and current customers, in residential areas, to directly market Comcast products and services in order to increase subscribers. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, organized, goal oriented, and possess excellent sales, customer service, presentation, and communication skills.

This is a commission position with targeted compensation of $60,000 annually plus mileage expense reimbursement. Enjoy the benefits of working at Comcast including complimentary video and high-speed internet services plus discounted Comcast Digital Voice for employees.

Major Duties (May perform any or all of the following duties):
- Acquire new customers and upgrade current subscribers by conducting door-to-door canvas, appointment or referral solicitation in assigned territory.
- Contact subscribers regarding pending disconnects, changes of service, or to follow-up on installations.
- Arrange for installation date and collect payments.
- Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities to ensure customers orders are processed correctly and timely.
- Upgrade and improve sales presentation and knowledge of products, services, rates, and competitors.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College degree preferred. Minimum High school diploma, G.E.D., or recognized equivalent required.

Experience:
Field sales experience with a successful record working with defined sales goals and quotas for at least 1 year, with 2 or more years preferred.
