MARKETING DIRECTOR FOR SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY


We have an opening for an experienced Marketing Director for Northern
California community, which provides a full range of services from
Independent and Assisted Living to Memory Care.


This is a full-time position and includes excellent benefits such as
medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, access to a 401K program, paid
sick time and vacation.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing
and executing the property¹s marketing plan, managing the sales efforts and
ensuring apartments are leased to the targeted market in order to meet
occupancy expectations, effectively managing the marketing budget, community
outreach, and event planning. This position provides an incredible
opportunity to join a dynamic and dedicated team who has a passion for
caring for seniors.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Perform all functions of the marketing and sales process, including
generating awareness and interest, qualifying referrals, pre-qualifying
inquiries, planning and conducting tours and counseling prospects until
move-in.


Create flyers, newspaper ads, and other public relations tools for public
and media.


Create on-going network of visitors to the community by acting as host for
key groups and related-industry specialist, educational programs,
community-related fundraising events, public relation social events, etc.


REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED QUALITIES:


Must have a passion for seniors and have the ability to communicate well
with them and their families.

Demonstrated ability to plan and effectively implement programs, manage
multiple leads/projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to work some weekends required.

Valid California driver¹s license.


EXPERIENCE:

College degree or relevant sales and marketing experience.

2-5 years experience working with seniors and seniors with
dementia/Alzheimer¹s disease.

Computer and internet skills required
