At least 3 years of loan origination experience and a track record of success is a MUST. UMG offers virtually every mortgage product on the market today. With delegated underwriting for FHA, VA, VHDA, FNMA and FHLMC loan products through over 10 national investors. Additionally UMG offers portfolio products and various lines of credit through Union Bank & Trust. We offer an excellent commission spilt and a full benefits package.
