Sales Assistant - Home office Delray Beach but, will work in the following counties: Dade, Broward and Treasure Coast.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface and support Senior Financial Financial Consultant in the day to day operation of their investment and insurance business
  • Accept customers trade orders and make service adjustments on the accounts
  • Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers
  • Attend training to obtain a working knowledge of approved product mix to include fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and managed accounts
  • Prepare Rep reports
  • Track Rep projects
  • Prepare client Rep letters
  • Process paperwork for service
  • Organize Reps activities as required
  • Prepare mail merge letters
  • Assist in sales activities to increase rep production as directed
  • Review NIGOs and track corrections requests
  • Handle client request for service (i.e., title change, research requests, check request, statement questions)
  • Identify and resolve field issues
  • Coordinate approved customer events to include seminars and client promotions.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plan, initiatives, and objectives
  • Trained in Infinet 21 to use for reports as requested and client contact and management purposes
  • Attendance of all required BUFS meetings

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

  • College degree in finance business or equivalent work experience
  • 2 year field or administrator experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • State of Florida license 215 (Life, Health & Annuity)
  • Series 6 or 7 license
  • Series 24/26 preferred for Supervisors
