
Sales Assistant - Home office Delray Beach but, will work in the following counties: Dade, Broward and Treasure Coast.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface and support Senior Financial Financial Consultant in the day to day operation of their investment and insurance business
- Accept customers trade orders and make service adjustments on the accounts
- Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers
- Attend training to obtain a working knowledge of approved product mix to include fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and managed accounts
- Prepare Rep reports
- Track Rep projects
- Prepare client Rep letters
- Process paperwork for service
- Organize Reps activities as required
- Prepare mail merge letters
- Assist in sales activities to increase rep production as directed
- Review NIGOs and track corrections requests
- Handle client request for service (i.e., title change, research requests, check request, statement questions)
- Identify and resolve field issues
- Coordinate approved customer events to include seminars and client promotions.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plan, initiatives, and objectives
- Trained in Infinet 21 to use for reports as requested and client contact and management purposes
- Attendance of all required BUFS meetings

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College degree in finance business or equivalent work experience
- 2 year field or administrator experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- State of Florida license 215 (Life, Health & Annuity)
- Series 6 or 7 license
- Series 24/26 preferred for Supervisors
