We are looking for a Multifamily Asset Manager for a midsized investment firm based in Manhattan. This person will work through the full life-cycle of the asset including being an integral part of acquisition due diligence as well as the disposition process.

• Increase the value of our properties by operating properties efficiently and completing leasing initiatives and renovation projects.
• Oversee on-site property managers and leasing agents and establish annual business plans for each property.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience within the real estate industry with experience primarily in the multi-family sector.
• Knowledge of capital projects which include monitoring progress and managing consultants.
• Experience in garden style apartment management in multiple national markets a "+".
• Candidate must be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Position entails working with the acquisition and disposition departments during the life of the asset.
