Job Description
The Manager of Configuration / Model Office is responsible for the daily supervision and operations of the Configuration team. Key Functions/Responsibilities: * Manages the supervision of the Configuration staff to include hiring, work allocation, scheduling, training and professional development, problem resolution, performance evaluation and related supervisory activities. * Demonstrated competence using MS tools, including MS Office products, MS Access, SQL, Visio, and MS Project. * Experience with TriZetto's Facets application or other enterprise Transaction Processing system is required. * Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interact within all levels of the organization. Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and problem solve is required. * Excellent analytic and problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Must be able to utilize analytic skills to conceptualize and envision the impact of change, and propose new ways to do business. Required Experience Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required. Experience: * 10 or more years progressively responsible experience in a managed care or healthcare environment, preferably in an information systems department is required; or
