Experienced Regional Manager for a Property Management company sought for expanding portfolio with growing company. The Regional Manager will be responsible for supervising on site staff at properties, budget performance, preparing reports, expense control, maximizing income, maintaining client and vendor relationships and motivating employees, etc. The candidate must possess a California Real Estate Brokers License. This is a work from home opportunity which will require travel to west coast properties about 40 to 50% of the time.

Requirements:

· 5+ years experience working in Property Management - specifically in the multi-family housing arena

· Able to interact with the property managers

· Experience with Lower Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) or HUD programs

· Applicants must possess a California real estate broker's license, and be familiar with the LIHTC program and related compliance.

· Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred.

· Candidates should be able to travel as needed.

· Must be self motivated, and able to work well independently.
