Large, Atlanta law firm is seeking a talented and energetic Executive Assistant to support an Administrative Partner. Some of the primary functions of the Executive Assistant are calendaring, arranging meetings and travel, coordinating firm events, serving as assigned Partner’s liaison, and assisting different committees with various types of projects.

The right candidate will have 5+ years of related work experience, some of which should have occurred within a large law firm environment. A high school diploma is required, and a four-year college degree is preferred. Familiarity with document management software, such as iManage, time entry software, such as DTE, and change-tracking programs, including Delta View, is mandatory. Knowledge of client relationship management software, particularly InterAction, is strongly desired.

Applicants should also possess strong administrative skills; a familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); excellent typing (70+wpm) abilities; knowledge of general office and filing procedures; the ability to concentrate on details and proceed with limited supervision; and the capability to work with a wide spectrum of individuals. Additionally, discretion and the capacity to maintain confidentiality with regard to all client and firm matters are imperative.
