Registered Nurse: Preferred Staffing

Preferred Staffing strives to provide only the highest quality of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and personal sitters throughout Knoxville and surrounding areas. We believe that supplemental staffing is a cost-effective solution to the nursing shortage, as well as a way of offering health care professionals an alternative method of practice.

We are staffing RNs for local hospitals, nursing homes and private duty.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

<li> Conduct patient assessment

<li> Conduct ongoing nursing assessment as directed by the patient's condition and in accordance with facility protocol

<li> Perform appropriate treatments and therapies as directed by physician in appropriate time frame

<li> Reports patient condition to appropriate personnel during each shift, as needed based on patient assessment
