Description:
Our large pharmaceutical client is among the world leaders in client the research and development, manufacture, and sale of various products in the health care field. Our client is looking for a Records & Information Manager to join their Raritan, NJ office.
Responsibilities will include:

Developing sample SOPs for implementing each requirement
-
Documenting meetings and process flow discussions (includes using Visio or PowerPoint to display information graphically, as well as using MS Word to document with text)

Developing final documentation of sample processes to be distributed to Records Managers globally
-
Developing sample PowerPoint presentations to be used by Records
-
Managers as they implement the RIM requirements in their operating companies
-
Developing new training course content to align with new policy and program governance documents
-
Developing “refresher” training course (a shorter version of the full version including any “hot areas” that we may want to target for 2009-2010) content specific to RIM Program components as determined by the Program Office

Developing compliance assessment questions based on the RIM Policy and Standards to enable the Operating Company Records Managers the ability to gauge their programs’ compliance with the global RIM requirements.
A qualified candidate should have the following:

IT Compliance experience

Records Management experience
-
Previous success in developing documentation
-
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
