Job Details:	Primarily responsible for providing individualized care related to activities of daily living to the elderly, chronically ill and those with rehabilitative or palliative needs. Care will be provided with dignity to meet the patient needs and to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Particaptes as a team member to ensure appropriate care and support to all internal/external customers and displays an ongoing commitment to quality. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH.
