Sr. Optical Engineer

Job Descriptions:
This is R&D position in OMS team. This position will develop new products based LC or LCOS or MEMS technology like VOA, Blocker and WSS.

Job Functions:

Evaluate the technology trend of optical component, subsystem in next generation optical networks.
Define the specifications of optical devices like VOA, Blocker, WSS.
Lead the technical team to development these devices.
Design the LC or LCOS or MEMS devices with outsource foundry and manage vendors.
Participate all product development circles of product plan, design and DVT, pilot and manufacture.

Job Requirement:
PHD in optical physics or material. Minimum 5 year development experience of optical component, subsystem like VOA, Blocker and WSS. Must be an expert at MEMS or LC or LCOS.

Have hands-on experience of MEMS or LC or LCOS design, process or production.
