Company Information:
We are a growing health care staffing company in the Dallas-Fort-Worth Metropolitan area. We place RNs, LPNs/LVNs and CNAs in area hospitals. Every team member is valued, respected

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking Registered Nurses for positions in Med-Surg, PCU, Telemetry, ER, ICU, Peadiatric care, Maternity and Nursery. 8 and 12 hour shifts
  • Maintains open lines of communication among the nursing shifts, and departments, supervisors, physicians, and families.
  • Is aware of safety issues and strives to accomplish all responsibilities in a safe manner, consistently reinforces good safety attitudes and practices displayed by other staff members.
  • Controls, prepares, and administer treatments and medications with knowledge of purpose and adverse effects of the nursing care provided.
  • Functions as a knowledgeable and supportive committee members upon request by the Director of Nursing to maintain high levels of health care.
  • Complete all documentation for assessments, observations, planning evaluation, orders by physicians and care provided to patients.
  • Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Functions as a resource person and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standard.

Education & Experience:

  • An Associates degree in nursing
  • Current Texas RN license
  • CPR certified
  • Must be able to maintain CEU as required by board of nursing
