Position Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner #09-94

Department:Northwestern Occupational Health
Position Description: The midlevel provides non-emergent medical care and occupational health services under the primary administrative supervision of the NOH Manager and appropriate supervisory physician(s) in accordance with established treatment parameters of the convenient care clinic, and rules, regulation and bylaws of Northwestern Medical Center.
Status/Schedule:
Status:Per DiemShift:Variable
Shift Time Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday's 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.Average Weekly Hours:4-16 hrs/wk
Days:On-call duty required as needed. Weekends required as needed.
The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position.

Qualifications:
Education:Physician's Assistant - must be a graduate of an approved Physician Assistant educational program, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Vermont.

Nurse Practitioner - must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner's education program and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Vermont.
