Driver Recruiter Manager

A trucking company in central Illinois has an immediate need for a Driver Recruiter Manager. This company provides long haul, over-the-road delivery for clients across the United States.

This is a full-time, long-term position in a business casual, friendly environment with a team atmosphere. Salary will be $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience. A full benefit package includes paid holidays and vacation, 401K, and major medical coverage

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process and ensuring that needed positions are filled with qualified applicants. The position is hands on and includes active participation in recruitment efforts and supervising the recruiting team. Responsibilities include planning recruiting activities, developing newspaper and internet postings, and supervision of others.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must have a minimum of three years experience in recruiting that is trucking industry specific. Supervisory or management experience in addition to relevant recruiting experience will be helpful. The successful applicant must be able to work with all levels of the organization and possess excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge is required and the applicant must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
