Enterprise Data Architect / Modeler



Data Architect needed to assist in the design of an enterprise data repository that handles enterprise data, converting it to a standard format to be utilized with various downstream systems for business processes and reporting. Specific Skills Required:• Strong, hands-on experience with conceptualization, design, and development of complex data models for all layers of abstraction.• Strong knowledge of various modeling techniques (Dimensional, Relational, Temporal)• Strong hands on knowledge of use of enterprise data models.• Strong, hands-on experience with data architecture at all levels of abstraction (conceptual, logical, physical), and including: strategy, standards, patterns, techniques, processes.• Strong emphasis on operational, analytic and integration aspects of data management• Strong, hands-on experience with business and technical metadata.• Strong, hands-on experience with data modeling and design tools (Erwin, PowerDesigner, ER/Studio, RDA Rational Data Architect etc.)• Strong, hands-on experience with BI and other ancillary data, metadata and reporting tools (Informatica, Cognos, SAS, etc.)
