Details of this critical opening follow: POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Leadership Development Manager is responsible for implementing initiatives and systems for the Training and Education, and Development of the sales organization. This would include the groups of New Agents, Sales Representatives, and Territory Managers. * Oversee and implement the New Agent system to ensure high levels of success through 13 and 26 weeks. * Design and conduct regular (monthly) New Agent Meetings within each market. * Develop and implement continuing education and advanced training for all sales people within the division. * Manage/execute systems to develop and promote new Territory Managers/Market Directors. * Manage/execute on boarding process of strategic outside hires * Participate in design and execution of ongoing divisional Territory Manager development programs. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with Market Directors in planning and executing New Agent training systems weekly. * Assist in managing all new Agents to maximum bonus/income opportunities. * Design agendas for, and participate in monthly New Agent meetings. * Design and conduct ongoing training initiatives to ensure continued progress in productivity in the sales force. Full Market meetings, check-ins, seminars, etc. * Identify key leverage areas to improve productivity within the division, and implement solutions. * Work with executive team to deliver overall sales and business goals. * Identify Territory Manager candidates, and execute system for training and preparation for TM promotions. * Execute on boarding process of strategic outside hires. * Implement continuing TM training and development throughout the division. * Participate in divisional meetings as part of the executive team.
