JOB DESCRIPTION: • Initiate contact with target candidates and develop relationships. • Interview and screen potential candidates including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking. • Constantly communicate with Management and Sales team to meet current and future recruiting needs. • Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plan for both contract and permanent positions.
