Job Description:

Responsibilities


-Develop Industry growth strategies, key objectives, and action plans based on analysis of the industry

-Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive marketing calendar for the Industry containing actionable and innovative marketing strategies/tactics to achieve growth and profitability goals

-Own key metrics pertaining to the Industry P&L performance (Sales, Net income, New consumer accounts, Dealer enrollments, Dealer Activation, Average Account Life, Sales per active dealer, Client penetration, Risk Adjusted Contributed Value (RACV)) in conjunction with industry GM and utilize to drive/measure strategy and marketing efforts.

-Develop, communicate and monitor key marketing metrics including 1) net promoter score, 2) dealer behavior and 3) marketing program effectiveness

-Collaborate with public relations and other Industry Marketing Managers to ensure optimization and consistency of market strategy, positioning and messaging

-Create, build and maintain a collaborative partnership with sales teams.

-Lead market research and competitive intelligence efforts to infuse market insights into strategic planning and marketplace differentiation.

-Partner with campaign management team to deliver successful campaigns - business-to-business and consumer.

-Manage Industry Marketing Manager

-Responsible for Power Sports Industry marketing budget (development, planning and tracking)

Qualifications


YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.

-Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related area

-10+ years of overall business experience

-5+ years experience in business-to-business marketing and/or financial services marketing.

-Sound understanding of marketing tools and methodologies.

-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and Outlook tools.
