POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The I.T. Business Systems Analyst works with hospital department leadership in assessing information technology needs and requirements, and based on those assessments, create and execute project service requests to the CHW IT Project Management Office, and provides oversight on such projects, once they are approved by CHW IT and resourced. The Business Systems Analyst will take direction from the I.T. Site Director and the Project Manager, work with and manage I.T. resources assigned to projects, and work with hospital staff, manager, director, and executive leadership levels in the assessment of needs and fulfillment of projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related IS field or equivalent professional experience required, Master's Degree preferred. Min 5 years information technology experience, with significant project management experience required. Project Management (PM) experience in a healthcare environment preferred. PM certification preferred.
