JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW:

We currently have a Store Manager opportunity located in La Plaza Mall. Candidates should have management or supervisory experience in sales, training, operational and human resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Achieve store's sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses

· Analyze sales trends and react appropriately

· Monitor stock levels on all inventory items

· Be aware of store's total gross profit

· Build network of candidates, recruit, interview and hire staff members while adhering to budgetary goals

· Develop staff member succession plans emphasizing on skill assessment, training and performance management

· Motivate staff to meet store goals and comply with policies and procedures

· Manage performance in a consistent and timely manner

· Ensure merchandising concepts are set up and maintained

· Maintain brand standards

· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 4-5 years in the retail industry with 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience

· Well developed leadership and team building skills

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Strong brand identity
