This Part Time customer service role is a work-from-home opportunity in which the employee would be responsible for supporting and supplying customers and service companies with answers to questions and/or problems pertaining to all product lines. To be considered, candidates must be able to train on a Full Time basis for 6-8 weeks onsite at the corporate facility in Fitchburg. The ideal candidate will also have a dedicated work space and internet line. This position will require a maximum of 20 hours per week, shifts will be 4-6 hours in length with the hours scheduled between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.
