PMP Project Manager: A Prime Solution

Project Manager is expected to be able to act as a business analyst, extracting requirements from external stakeholders, internal business representatives, and software development teams. The candidate will have significant influence and will ultimately be responsible for the quality of requirement deliverables. Candidate should have experience building and interpreting use cases.

For each project, candidate assists in identifying the skills and resources needed for each stage in the project lifecycle. He or she provides resource requirements per project and motivates and manages those resources over the project duration.

Required Education/Experience/Skills
Must be a seasoned candidate who has worked as in a medium to large scale system integrations environment and must have a minimum of 10 years experience.
BS or MS in a computer-related field or equivalent experience with an MBA preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
Knowledge of timber industry and understanding of GIS systems desirable
Expert in current IT practices and procedures, SDLC's, CASE tools, ERP systems, client/server system development techniques, internet technologies
Certified project management professional preferred
Background including sql programming and administration, IT controls auditing, and a background in systems development preferred
